1. Prep
Wash hands, push back cuticles, lightly buff nails.
2. Sizing
Pick your nail size, if in between sizes, choose smaller and gently stretch it sideways.
3. Apply
Peel off the wrap, place it as close to the cuticles as possible, (but not on the cuticle), and smooth from center outwards.
4. File
Trim excess, file downwards. Press firmly around the edges for each finger to secure the seal.

Pro Tip: Avoid water for 1-2 hours. Apply a clear top coat to increase longevity.

Use the wooden cuticle stick to gently lift one side off your nail wrap. Apply our cuticle oil (or any oil you have around the house) to help loosen the adhesive. Gently slide the wooden cuticle stick under the nail wrap, apply more oil underneath and gently wiggle the wooden stick to lift the wrap, until it comes off completely.

Now you're left with healthy natural nail growth!
