Return Policy

As a small business, we want you to love your purchase. For your peace of mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the following conditions. Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging. 

Please contact us before sending back your items. Please note, used or worn nails cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at hello@lanamae.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Only approved returns will be accepted.

Refund and Store Credits:

Refunds are only issued for full priced items, sale items will be issued a credit note only.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee, unless item arrived damaged or faulty.
